Because my readers/viewers LOVE Moscato! So I might as well tell you what to pair with it. The sweetness and fruit in the Moscato pair nicely with the creaminess of the crème brûlée.
Sauternes really heightens the sweetness of the crumble. Making a nice compliment to the apples and sugar.
Deep chocolate needs a deep red that doesn’t have heavy tannins. Merlot is the one. And if you get that crunchy corner brownie...even better!
Creamy cheesecake + fruity wine = a very happy drinker! Please note: when adding flavors to the cheesecake, keep them and the creamy cheese in mind with your pairing.
Yes a chocolate dessert has appeared twice on this list. It’s chocolate and my list, I do what I want 😝But seriously, cake is a bit lighter and less dense than brownies so you can drink a heavier red with a bit of tannin. Some would add Zinfandel as well to this list, but be careful of the smoke and spice with that grape. It may over power the dessert. A Port would be nice though.
