Bon Bourgogne

Sitting around a table, laughing hysterically at stories of altered ring tones and underwear runs around the block. We discuss the climats and grand crus of Chambertin, we drink a ‘99 Clos St Denis, we eat a 6 course meal. We enjoy every moment of it. 6 accredited Bourgogne Educators being as nerdy as all get out and we all understand each other. I’m so thankful to be here at this time, this place. I’m at the table with some of the greatest minds in wine, and I deserve to be here. 1 of the 6 at the table of walking onions… Hope it’s less than 3 yrs before we all meet again
